There is no single measure of the frequency of dividend payments by CEC. The decision to pay or not to pay squarely rests on the directors of the Company. In line with CEC’s Dividend Policy and its Articles of Association, the board of directors, by a resolution, may declare a dividend. However, such dividend shall not be paid except out of the profit or retained earnings of CEC having sufficiently provided for working capital and other obligations. Further, the actual payment should not exceed the amount recommended by the directors.
