What information should I include when submitting written instructions to have my dividends deposited electronically?

Your request for processing the dividend electronically must include the following information:

• Full shareholder’s name as it appears on the national registration card.
• The shareholder’s national identity details; i.e. national registration card number.
• The full account name, bank name and branch, branch code or sort code where applicable, as well as your bank account number.
• The instruction must be signed and dated by the requesting shareholder
