What are the Company’s key business segments?

CEC’s business model is premised on the deployment of its vast power infrastructure, financial resources and human talent to provide high quality power services and solutions primarily, but not exclusively, to the mining industry in Zambia and the DRC through:-

• Power supply to mining companies in Zambia, includes value-adding services like emergency power;
• Transmission use of system;
• Domestic wheeling, mainly for ZESCO Limited, enabling the supply of power to Zambian consumers; and
• International transmission and power trading allows CEC to service the regional market and provide power to mining companies in the DRC.
