CEC is licensed by the ERB to generate, transmit, distribute and supply power. Presently, CEC owns thermal power generating assets of 80MW capacity. The plant uses diesel for fuel to generate the power. The Company also generates 1MW of power from solar PV and has several other generation projects, mainly renewables, in development.
